Known for his expertise in all areas of hairdressing, Max has gained recognition for his innovative techniques and creative approach to hairdressing. Max’s work often incorporates precision cutting, texture and movement to create unique and personalised looks for his clients

Hello, I’m Natalie, and I have the pleasure of being your first point of contact when you step into our salon. As your Hair Salon Receptionist, my goal is to make your experience with us as seamless and enjoyable as possible from the moment you book your appointment to the moment you leave with your fabulous new look!
I specialise in managing client needs, creating a welcoming atmosphere and scheduling appointments for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether you’re calling to book a last-minute appointment, need help choosing the right stylist, or just want to ask about our latest services or promotions, I’m here to help.
I’m passionate about making sure each client feels valued and comfortable in our space. I work closely with our talented team of stylists to ensure smooth coordination and that everyone is on time for their appointments. From offering a friendly greeting to assisting with product recommendations, I’m committed to providing excellent customer service and making your visit a pleasant one.

Katie was our very first stylist joining Hair at 11a in 2023. Kate has worked in the industry for nearly 30 years, garnering a wealth of knowledge, expertise and a second-to-none reputation. She takes great pride in letting everyone know how she played a HUGE part in training the boss man himself.

Amarit was our very first Apprentice joining Hair at 11a in 2023. Amarit is our budding ‘New Talent’ Stylist.
Our New Talent Stylists are full of excitement and ideas to bring your style to life. Amarit’s talent, passion and charisma are plain to see- she even tells Max off if things aren’t ‘just so’! Please note, our New Talent Stylists have been qualified within 12 months. They are supported with their consultations and some services may take longer. To ensure the highest calibre of service, the work of our New Talent Stylists will be quality assured by one of our senior stylists.

Passionate about creativity and helping people look and feel their best, Ella is our enthusiastic apprentice hairdresser eager to develop her skills in the industry.
With a keen eye for detail and a love for the latest hair trends, she is dedicated to learning the art of cutting, colouring, and styling. Excited to grow and refine her techniques, Ella is committed to mastering her craft and building a successful career in hairstyling under the guidance of our experienced professionals.
